
A few "clovers" have surfaced on my radar lately. The first is the brilliant new restaurant start-up: vegetarian fast food for non-vegetarians. The other clover is starting to surface at select 'Bucks in Seattle, Sf and Boston. The brew created from this single-serving coffee machine was prized the "best cup of coffee I've ever tasted" by Howard Shultz. Starbucks bought the tiny Coffee Equipment Company that developed the device (founded by ex-ideoer Zander Nosler) back in March 08. Wired says it tastes a lot like hype.
